Rovo Rides didn’t start as a business plan. It started as a spark.

A while back, I was hiking with my sister in the Rockies, and I kept seeing e-bikes everywhere, cruising through downtown Breckenridge, on the trails, tucked beside campsites, and waiting at the bottom of every hill a tourist like me wanted to climb. Something about that stayed with me and shifted something in me.

Then I’d come home to Austin and see a totally different kind of movement happening: tech, innovation, delivery robots, micro-mobility, weaving into everyday life. It felt like the whole city was experimenting with how people could move through the world differently, and honestly? I loved it.

Somewhere between those two places, the mountains and my hometown, the idea for Rovo Rides started to take shape. Movement creates momentum. Not just physically, but personally, professionally, and in communities.

What began as curiosity grew into something bigger. Today, Rovo Rides helps properties, workplaces, hotels, and communities bring e-bikes into their everyday rhythm, not as a perk, but as a way to make life a little easier, lighter, and more connected.

I still believe in the simple joy of a great ride. But I also believe in what happens when that joy becomes infrastructure… when it becomes part of how people live, work, and gather.
